All Non-Professional per quote fees are capped at the corresponding Non-Professional Interactive access fee rate.

Real-Time Data Access Fees for Professionals

As part of the Professional data promotion, Alpha continues to offer ATB products at 25 per cent discount to the published fees. The monthly cap for Professional Per-Quote usage and Public Access fees will be equal to the Professional Individual Access fees, after any applied discounts. Systems access fees are capped at $1,500 per month.

Notes

1. All fees quoted are in Canadian dollars and, with the exception of the "Per Quote" are quoted on a per month basis. GST/HST is applicable all fees.
2. Clients subscribing to an ATF product for a data segment are entitled to receive the ATB product for the same data segment at no extra charge. Similarly, subscribers of APD products are entitled to receive ATF and ATB, and subscribers to AFB products are entitled to receive APD, ATF and ATB for the same data segment at no extra charge.
3. Real-Time Data Feed fees are charged to the recipients of the feed, by unique data feed identification number, provided through the facilities of Alpha or through the facilities of the TMX Information Processor.
4. The System Access fee is equal to Professional Interactive Access fee, subject to a cap of $1,500 per client per month.
5. The Public Access fee is equal to Professional Interactive Access fee.
6. The Per Quote fee is capped, per user, on a monthly basis to the corresponding monthly Professional or Non-Professional Individual Access fee, depending on whether the user is Professional or Non-Professional.
7. Clients subscribing to the TMX IP CBBO and/or CLS products will be considered subscribers of the ATB Feed. Clients subscribing to the TMX IP CDB product will be considered subscribers of the APD Feed. Clients subscribing to the TMX IP CDF product will be considered subscribers of the AFB Feed.
